  • Owner | Psychotherapist

    Dedra is a Brainspotting trained psychotherapist who works with individuals, families, and couples. Her specialty areas include treating individuals with chronic health conditions, perinatal (postpartum) mood/anxiety disorders, relational problems, and adjustment disorders. Dedra uses a number of approaches to help people navigate their mental health concerns, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Brainspotting, Solution-Focused, Person Centered, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

    Dedra earned her bachelors degree in psychology and masters degree in clinical mental health counseling at Lakeland University. She has also completed Brainspotting Phase I and plans to continue her training. She is a veteran of the National Guard.

    As a busy mom, Dedra understands how hard it can be to prioritize your own health and wellness, and can offer insight and support to those who feel overwhelmed with life’s demands. In addition to their children, Dedra and her husband have two dogs and one cat. Dedra enjoys traveling, reading, dark humor, hot yoga, and a rare moment of silence now and then.

    Kate is a Brainspotting-trained therapist and social worker who specializes in working with adolescents (12+) and adults with complex trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, body dysmorphia, eating disorders, individuals with chronic pain, and athletes with performance-related mental blocks. She uses Brainspotting, Parts Work, Experiential Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and a variety of other therapeutic approaches to support clients in their growth and healing.

    Kate earned her bachelor’s degree in social work from Metropolitan State University of Denver, and completed her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling at Lakeland University. She is an AmeriCorps NCCC alum and got her start in mental health providing disaster relief/recovery services for survivors of Hurricane Katrina in 2006.

    Some of Kate’s favorite activities include listening to hip hop, playing basketball, napping, listening to audiobooks, and playing video games with her son. She spends a lot of time taking care of her plants, starting (but not finishing) new projects, and forgetting where she put her keys.
